THE BESPOKE EXPERIENCE

Your story.
A singular expression.

A thoughtful collaboration, from the first conversation to the smallest finishing detail.

01

The private brief

A conversation before a design.

We begin with the occasion, the way you wear jewelry and what you want the piece to express. A favourite colour, an heirloom or an initial idea can provide the starting point. Budget and timing are part of this discussion, so that the creative direction has a practical foundation.

Your priorities+

Type of piece, personal preferences, intended wear, indicative budget and timing.

02

From an idea to a drawing

Proportion, explored on paper.

Drawings help make the conversation tangible. Silhouette, scale, stone arrangement and setting details can be discussed before the design is finalised. Feedback is brought into the proposal so that the agreed direction reflects both the client’s preferences and the way the piece will be made.

What you review+

The design direction, proportions, proposed materials and changes agreed before production.

03

Choosing the right stone

Character, beyond colour alone.

A gemstone is considered for its colour, cut, dimensions and suitability for the proposed piece. Available information on treatments, origin and laboratory documentation is reviewed where relevant. Selection brings together the visual brief, durability considerations, availability and the agreed budget.

What you confirm+

The selected stone and the information supplied about it, along with its place in the commission quotation.

04

At the workbench

The drawing becomes a structure.

Once the design and commercial terms are approved, the workshop develops the piece through construction, setting and finishing. Technical decisions consider the stone, the strength of the setting and the proportions of the finished jewel. Any proposed change affecting the approved specification is discussed before proceeding.

Before making begins+

The design and materials, price, payment arrangements, approval stages and expected schedule.

05

The final examination

Attention from every angle.

The finished piece is reviewed against the agreed design and specification. The setting, surface finish and relevant moving parts are checked, together with the details that affect appearance and wear. Where applicable, gemstone documentation and care information are brought together for delivery.

What is reviewed+

The finished design, setting, finish, relevant documentation and delivery arrangements.

06

A personal fitting

How the piece feels matters.

A fitting provides an opportunity to consider size, balance, movement and comfort. For a ring, this includes how it passes over the knuckle and sits on the finger; for necklaces, bracelets and earrings, the relevant length, articulation or fastening is considered. Any adjustment is discussed before final handover.

At handover+

Fit, any agreed adjustments, care instructions and the appropriate route for subsequent service.

BEYOND THE HANDOVER

A lasting relationship
with your piece.

Care depends on the gemstones, materials and construction of the individual jewel. Contact the Maison for cleaning guidance, a setting assessment or a discussion about resizing or repair. The appropriate service and any associated cost are confirmed after assessment.

Yes, you can bring an existing gemstone or heirloom into the initial discussion. Suitability and condition need to be assessed before any work or design commitment.

Can the first consultation take place remotely?+

An initial conversation can be arranged by phone or video, followed by the appropriate next steps for stone selection, design review and fitting.

How is the price established?+
